Santa

Bryce's work had a party were they saw Santa and a movie. The boys got a huge candy bar when they sat on Santa's lap. Then I went and bought popcorn for the movie. I am not even sure why I bought popcorn because no one really ate it.  Conner only lasted about 1/2 the movie. I took him out to play while Bryce stayed with Jared.  I was sad to leave because I was enjoying the movie. The movie we saw was Rise of the Guardians. We are going to buy it when it comes out. 

Gingerbread Men

I bought huge gingerbread men at Costco. We had fun decorating them as a family. I think Conner ate more candy than decorating the gingerbread men. Jared was so proud to be able to do the frosting by himself. He had fun putting as much candy as he could. I didn't stop them from putting how much candy as they wanted!!!

Conner's 3 year appointment

Conner 
     weighs 25 lbs
     height 32 3/4 in.

The doctor said that he is the size of an 18 month old. I knew he was small but didn't realize he was that small. The doctor wants to do test if he hasn't grown by next year. I am not concerned because I think he is small from my side of the family.  I took Conner a week before his yearly appointment because he had an ear infection. He still had it so the doctor gave me another antibiotic which was a lot cheaper than the first one, which cost me $120 dollars. Each time we are waiting for the doctor Conner is screaming when the doctor comes in because he wants to play in the water or the doctor things.  

Setting up the tree

We bought a house. We lived in the townhouse for a month while we looked for a house. We found one in Elk Ridge that we loved. We closed on December 11th. We got most of the stuff moved in then set up the tree for Christmas. We didn't put ornaments up for 2 reasons one is that we didn't think it would be worth it for only 15 days second because we knew Conner would take them down. Most of our ornaments are hallmark so we don't want Conner playing with them. 

Potty Training

Conner was really easy to potty train. He tells us when he needs to go most of the time. I am very proud of him. We started him on a little toilet but then he started peeing like this on the big potty. He is a silly boy.

Conner's Birthday

We didn't have a family party for Conner yet because we are living in my Grandpa's townhouse. We are waiting til we move into our house. My parents and Cathy and Bill stopped by. Conner had a good birthday. He loved his leap pad and iron man from us. He got a helicopter from Cathy. My parents gave him a bedroom set for his bed.  Conner loved his cupcakes. I bought a pizza but no one ate it.

That night I took Jared to instacare he had strep. It was sad. I really hate when my kids get sick.
