Waiting....

There was an Elk Ridge soldier that got killed in Afghanistan they set flags all the way up to the soldier house. When they brought the body home for the funeral people stood along the road to thank him for his service. I wanted to wait with the boys but Conner and Payton were getting ready to go so we didn't get to watch them bring the hero home.
Conner and Payton love playing in our bathtub when they are at my house. I have to watch them so they don't flood my bathroom.

Kindergarten Graduation

Conner was not that excited to sit during Kindergarten graduation. But he did pretty good.
Jared was so excited to graduate kindergarten. I was really sad because it meant my time at Salem Elementary was ending. Mrs. Tischner and Mrs. Smith focused on patriotism. They made a quilt to donate to the veterans hospital in Payson. They sang tons of songs about America.

Jared getting his award from Mrs. Tischner.

Aunt Jenny, Cade and Grandma Cathy came to support Jared. We went to Cade's in the afternoon.
 Grandma Patti came.

Jared loved kindergarten. He loved being at the same school I work at. I enjoyed it most days :)

Superstar

Mr. Welburn handing out the award.

At Salem Elementary the students can earn their superstar award. The teacher sends home a list of things the students have to complete to get the award. For example they have to count to 100, bring backpack everyday, bring their reading calendar. There is a list of about 25 items and they have to pass off 15 of them. Jared got his award in January but Bryce wasn't able to make it since he was at training so I asked if we could wait til March so Bryce could come. It happened to work with my mom's schedule too so she made it.

Cory's Graduation

Cory went to the police academy and graduated in May. My mom and dad watched Conner so we didn't have to fight with him. Bryce got to hand Cory his certificate since he works for Provo City. It was neat to see.
